Tianzhijiao Kaolin Branch Is a new scientific and technological company established by listed companies Baotou Steel Rare-Earth Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. And Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Hefa Rare Earth Co., Ltd. As the main initiators. With a registered capital of RMB 10 million, the Company was established in Ordos Jungar Banner Economic and Technological Development Zone which is rich in coal resources in March 2004. It is mainly committed to the research and development, production and sales of calcined kaolin series products. The products are widely used in many industries such as papermaking, paint coating, high-performance concrete, wires and cables made from polymer materials, rubber and plastics, petroleum and petrochemicals.

With the advantage of rich resources, Tianzhijiao Kaolin has invested and installed a full set of full-automatic closed calcined kaolin production line with international level, and has established a technical cooperation relationship with Xi′an University of Architecture and Technology, Tianjin University and Dalian University of Technology. Moreover, the Company was identified as the Jungar Banner kaolin research and development center by the Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Bureauin 2004. Facing the expanding market demand and fierce market competition, Tianzhijiao Kaolin has successively introduced the advanced equipment such as Japan′s full-automatic split packaging machine, Germany′s full-automatic packaging machine, and domestic vertical mill. It has successfully completed a full-automatic production process, reaching the capacity of producing 200 tons of kaolin per day and 100, 000 tons per year.
