Inner Mongolia Tianzhijiao Kaolin Co., Ltd. is a new scientific and technological company established by listed companies Baotou Steel Rare-Earth Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Hefa Rare Earth Co., Ltd. as the main initiators. With a registered capital of RMB 10 million, the Company was established in Ordos Jungar Banner Economic and Technological Development Zone which is rich in coal resources in March 2004.
It is mainly committed to the research and development, production and sales of calcined kaolin series products. The products are widely used in many industries such as papermaking, paint coating, high-performance concrete, wires and cables made from polymer materials, rubber and plastics, petroleum and petrochemicals.
It was identified as the Jungar Banner kaolin research and development center by the Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Bureauin 2004,and established a technical cooperation relationship with Universities.
The Company carries out the independent research and development and has won seven national invention patents and six science and technology progress awards, and identified as the key high-tech enterprise in Ordos.
The ultrafine and ultrawhite calcined kaolin products of 4000-6250 meshes researched and produced by the Company have shown the outstanding performance in different industries, reaching the capacity of producing 200 tons of kaolin per day and 100,000 tons per year. The stability of the products has reached the international leading level.
