By adjusting the amount of kaolin powder added to adjust the rubber hardness, improve the mixing, extrusion, molding and other processing properties; Can improve the rigidity and strength of polypropylene; In the plastic film (such as PE) can play a role in blocking infrared rays; In PVC high voltage cable plastic sheathing material, the volume resistivity of the cable can be improved; TZJ-R-2 also has the effect of anti-settlement. The main technical indexes such as tensile strength, elongation at break, permanent deformation rate at break and Shore A type strength can meet the requirements of relevant standards by using this kaolin fine powder instead of light calcium. It is conducive to the dispersion of carbon black in the rubber material, and the surface of the rubber material is smooth and soft, and the surface of the finished product is delicate and smooth.

    Inner Mongolia Tianzhijiao Kaolin Co., Ltd. is a new scientific and technological company established by listed companies Baotou Steel Rare-Earth Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Hefa Rare Earth Co., Ltd. as the main initiators.
